biography
Dr. Phelan joined Vytalus Medical Group in 2015. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois and attended medical school at the Baylor College of Medicine in the Texas Medical Center. He completed his family practice residency at Baylor Affiliated Hospitals, also in the Texas Medical Center.
Dr. Phelan began practicing independently in the Humble / Kingwood area in 1977 and has been here ever since. Dr. Phelan is an expert in robotics and has a wife and daughter. In his spare time he teaches robotics classes and writes articles for Robot Magazine.
